⚠ This platform is an independent project under active development. It is not an incorporated company and does not operate under any specific legal, financial, or professional regulation. Features, terms, and conditions may change at any time without notice. The service is functional and provided in good faith — use it at your own discretion. For any concern, contact the platform operator directly at the address provided at the bottom of this page.

By accessing or using this platform in any capacity — including browsing, creating an account, publishing content, or interacting with any feature — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use in their entirety. If you do not agree, do not use this platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of this platform is conditional on your full, unconditional, and irrevocable acceptance of these Terms of Use ("Terms") and the platform's Privacy Policy. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you ("User", "you") and the platform operator ("Platform", "we", "us", "our").

Mandatory acceptance at registration. Before completing registration or creating an account, every user is required to actively confirm that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy in their entirety. This confirmation takes the form of an explicit checkbox action during the sign-up flow. Registration cannot be completed without this step. Passive use of the platform does not substitute for this explicit acceptance.

These Terms can change at any time. The platform operator reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms and the Privacy Policy at any time, without prior notice, at sole discretion. The current version of these Terms is always the binding version. Continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Users are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically. If you do not agree with a modification, you must stop using the platform immediately.

You confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
  • You are not prohibited by any applicable law from using this platform
  • All information you provide to the platform is accurate, current, and complete
  • You will use the platform in full compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws
  • You have read and accepted the Privacy Policy

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Platform Status & No Guarantees

This platform is in a pre-launch project phase. It is provided on an experimental, best-efforts basis. We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Uptime, availability, or continuity of service
  • The accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content
  • The outcomes of any engagement between users initiated through the platform
  • The suitability of the platform for any particular purpose

We reserve the right to change, suspend, restrict, or terminate the platform — or your access to it — at any time, for any reason, without notice and without liability.

3. User Conduct

By using this platform, you agree that you will not:

  • Post, upload, or share content that is false, misleading, defamatory, obscene, offensive, or unlawful
  • Impersonate any person, entity, or organisation
  • Infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform or its infrastructure
  • Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract data from the platform without express written permission
  • Use the platform to send unsolicited communications or spam
  • Circumvent any technical measures, payment mechanisms, or access controls
  • Use the platform for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any part of the platform

We reserve the right to remove any content and suspend or permanently terminate any account that, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the platform, its users, or third parties.

4. Content Responsibility

All content you publish on the platform — including but not limited to profiles, case studies, project descriptions, paid content, and reviews — is your sole responsibility.

By publishing content on the platform, you:

  • Warrant that you own or have the necessary rights to publish that content
  • Warrant that the content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights
  • Warrant that the content is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not mislead
  • Grant the platform a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to display, reproduce, distribute, and index that content for the purposes of operating the platform
  • Accept that public content may be indexed by search engines and AI systems

The platform does not verify, moderate, or endorse any user-submitted content. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or appropriateness of content posted by users.

5. Paid Content — User Obligations

Users who upload paid content additionally agree that:

  • The content is their original work or they have full rights to distribute it commercially
  • The content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights
  • The content is accurately described in the public preview
  • The content is of reasonable quality and is not materially different from what the preview implies
  • They will not sell, distribute, or make available through any other channel content that is identical or substantially similar to paid content listed on the platform, during the period it is listed, without prior written agreement

The platform is not a party to any dispute between a buyer and a user regarding paid content. Such disputes are the sole responsibility of the parties involved.

6. Paid Content — No Platform Transactions

The platform displays previews of paid content uploaded by users. The platform does not process payments, collect money, or intermediate transactions of any kind.

If you wish to obtain paid content, you will be directed to contact the user directly via LinkedIn, or to follow an external link to a third-party platform of the user's choice. Any transaction you enter into is entirely between you and the user. The platform operator has no involvement, no visibility, and no liability with respect to any such transaction, its outcome, or any dispute arising from it.

Refunds, quality disputes, access issues, and any other transactional matters are solely the responsibility of the buyer and the user. The platform operator has no refund policy because it collects no payment.

7. Payments (Future Feature — Not Active)

Payment processing infrastructure is planned for a future release. When activated, further terms governing commission, payouts, and transaction responsibilities will be published and will require acceptance before use. Until that feature is explicitly activated and communicated, no payment of any kind is processed through this platform.

8. Accounts & Authentication

Access to the platform is provided via LinkedIn OAuth authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your LinkedIn account and for all activities that occur under your account on this platform.

You agree to:

  • Notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your account
  • Not share access to your account with any other person
  • Not create multiple accounts for the same individual or entity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe your account has been compromised, misused, or used in violation of these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

All platform design, branding, interface elements, code, and non-user-generated content are the property of the platform operator and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission.

Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights from the platform operator to you.

10. Third-Party Services & Links

The platform integrates with third-party services (including LinkedIn and Stripe) and may contain links to external websites or resources. These third-party services and resources are not under the control of the platform operator. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and we do not endorse them.

Your use of any third-party service is subject to that service's own terms and privacy policy.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the platform operator, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and successors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with:

  • Your use of or access to the platform
  • Any content you publish on the platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights
  • Any transaction or engagement you enter into through the platform

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the platform operator accepts no liability whatsoever to you or any third party for any claim of any nature arising out of or relating to these Terms, the platform, or your use of or inability to use the platform.

This includes, without limitation, and whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise:

  • Loss of revenue, income, or profits — past, present, or future
  • Loss of anticipated savings
  • Loss of business, contracts, or commercial opportunity
  • Loss of data or information
  • Loss of goodwill or reputation
  • Wasted expenditure of any kind
  • Any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, consequential, or exemplary damages
  • Any claim by a third party against you arising from your use of the platform

The platform operator's total aggregate liability to you, under any theory of law and for any cause of action, is zero (€0).

The existence of this platform, the availability or unavailability of any content, the outcome of any transaction or engagement initiated through the platform, or the suspension or termination of the platform or your account shall not give rise to any liability on the part of the platform operator under any circumstances.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. The platform operator explicitly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability.

14. Platform Transfer & Business Changes

You acknowledge and accept that the platform operator may, at any time and without obligation to notify you:

  • Sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of the platform, its intellectual property, its user base, its data, its codebase, or any associated assets to any third party
  • Merge the platform with another product or service
  • Restructure or change the legal entity operating the platform
  • Cease operations entirely

In any such event, you will have no claim, right of recourse, or expectation of compensation. Any new operator acquiring the platform will be bound by these Terms only to the extent required by applicable law.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

  • Your right to access and use the platform ceases immediately
  • We may delete your account and associated content, though we are not obligated to do so
  • Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution) will continue to apply

You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting the platform operator or requesting deletion from your profile. The deletion is permanent! We are not responsible for any result shown on Search Engines or other indexed searchable content.

16. Amendments

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. The updated Terms will be posted on the platform with a revised version date. Your continued use of the platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the platform.

17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgium, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent court, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy & Legal Disclaimer document, constitute the entire agreement between you and the platform operator with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior communications, representations, or agreements.

20. Search Engine and AI Indexing

This platform is intentionally designed to be publicly accessible and indexable. All public-facing pages — including profile pages, project listings, paid content previews, and resource articles — may be crawled, indexed, cached, stored, summarised, cited, or otherwise processed by search engines, AI systems, large language models, web crawlers, and any other automated tool or agent, whether or not operated by a known company.

The platform operator has no control over what external systems index, how they present the indexed content, how long they retain it, or whether they remove it upon request. The platform operator accepts no responsibility for:

  • Content about this platform or its users that appears in search engine results
  • Content cited, summarised, or generated by AI systems based on pages from this platform
  • The accuracy, completeness, or context of any external representation of content published on this platform
  • Cached or archived versions of content that may persist after the original has been modified or deleted on the platform

Users who publish content on this platform acknowledge and accept that their public content may be indexed and processed by search engines and AI systems beyond the control of the platform operator. If a user does not wish their content to be publicly indexed, they should not publish it on this platform. The platform does not offer private or restricted-visibility profiles in the current version.

21. Right to Withdraw and Deletion

The platform operator reserves the right — at any time, without prior notice, and without liability of any kind — to:

  • Withdraw, suspend, or permanently shut down the platform or any part of it
  • Delete any or all content, profiles, listings, or data held on the platform
  • Terminate any user account, with or without cause
  • Remove any content the operator deems in violation of these Terms or otherwise harmful to the platform or its users

Users acknowledge that the platform is under active development and that continuity of service, data preservation, and content availability are not guaranteed. Users are solely responsible for maintaining their own backups of any content they publish on this platform. The platform operator accepts no liability for any loss of content or data arising from platform withdrawal, suspension, technical failure, or any other cause.
