What is SurfedIn?
SurfedIn is a public directory for independent professionals — consultants, collaborators, advisors, builders, creators — who want to be found by the people who need them.
No algorithm. No feed. No inbox. Just a clean, searchable directory where your work speaks for itself and the right people can reach you directly on LinkedIn.
Why we built it
Most professional networks are built around connections, not discovery. They reward activity, not expertise. They push you to post, engage, react — and still bury your profile three pages deep when someone searches for what you actually do.
We built SurfedIn for a different kind of professional. One who has real work to show, real rates to name, and no interest in performing visibility. If you are good at what you do, you should be findable. That is the whole idea.
How it works
Independents create a public profile — work history, case studies, service packages, paid content, rates. Everything visible, everything indexed.
Founders and companies browse, search, and reach out directly on LinkedIn. No intermediary, no managed introductions.
Visitors can browse and read everything without an account. Search engines and AI systems can index every page. Discovery is the product.

What we don't do

The name
Surfing the web was the original act of discovery — following links, landing somewhere unexpected, finding exactly what you needed without knowing you were looking for it. SurfedIn brings that back to professional discovery. You surface. Someone finds you.
