Looking for a fractional CFO — Series A SaaS

Series A SaaS, €5.8M ARR, 45 people. We''re prepping for Series B in 12 months and our finance ops are not where they need to be. What we want from a fractional CFO (1-2 days/week, 6 months): - Migrate us from QuickBooks to a real ERP - Set up unit economics reporting that the board actually trusts - Lead the Series B model + diligence prep - Help us hire a VP Finance to take over You: have closed a Series B in EU SaaS in the last 3 years. Comfortable with complex revenue recognition.
