Hiring DevOps to harden our platform — 4-week sprint

We''ve hit ~$8M ARR on a single AWS account that''s been "good enough" for two years. It''s no longer good enough. Scope of the 4-week sprint: - Audit + harden our current AWS setup (IAM, networking, secrets, backups) - Move us off click-ops to Terraform + GitHub Actions - Set up proper staging + preview environments - Document on-call playbooks and SLOs You: senior DevOps/SRE who has done this exact migration before for a 20-50 person eng org. Pragmatic over perfect. Engagement: 4 weeks full-time or 6 weeks 4 days/week. Remote, EU hours strongly preferred.
