Looking for a fractional CFO — climate SaaS, pre-Series A

We''re a climate SaaS at €3.4M ARR, 30 people, raising a Series A in the next 6 months. Our finance function is one full-time controller and a lot of spreadsheets. What we need from a fractional CFO (1-2 days/week, 6 months): - Build a real 3-statement model and a 36-month plan - Lead the diligence process with our lead and follow-on investors - Set up board reporting, KPI cadence and a basic FP&A rhythm - Hire a full-time finance lead before you roll off You: have closed at least two Series A rounds in EU climate or B2B SaaS. Comfortable being hands-on in NetSuite and Pigment.
