Hiring a part-time Head of Data — health SaaS

Series A health SaaS, €4M ARR, 35 people. We need a senior data leader to set up the function before we hire full-time. What we want from a fractional Head of Data (2 days/week, 6 months): - Pick and implement our warehouse stack (we''re leaning Snowflake + dbt + Hex) - Build the first 10 dashboards that exec actually use weekly - Set up event tracking standards across product - Hire a full-time data lead to take over You: have built a data function from scratch in a Series A SaaS. Strong opinions on tooling, comfortable writing SQL.
