We''re a 60-person fully-remote SaaS company and our onboarding is held together with goodwill and Notion docs from 2022.
We need someone with operator chops to design and ship a real onboarding playbook in 6-8 weeks:
- First-30-days plan templates per function (eng, GTM, ops)
- Buddy system, shadowing rituals, and async check-ins
- A measurable "ramp" definition and a 60/90/180 review cadence
- Tooling glue: Linear, Notion, Slack, Rippling
You''ve probably done this before at a 50-200 person remote company. Bonus if you''ve published on the topic.
Engagement: 6-8 weeks, 2-3 days/week. Remote, EU/EMEA preferred for overlap.
